Choice Theory , Sun Ra , The Matrix Were main influences for this painting in the movie Space is the Place Sun Ra is playing chess against a character that is portraying Satan, and in the movie the game of chess their playing every choice they make influences those who follow and are influenced by them to make certain choices in life to further each of their agendas, they both have a goal in mind , they feel is the better for the Black people but for there to be a hero. There must also be a villain, and so that is the part of the movie that my painting depicts also as far as the matrix is concerned the matrix in my eyes as a documentary over life, and Keanu Reeves is a portrayal of us as our on our own perspectives here in life and how we have a choice to live our life in fear or to live our life in Freedom also the ties to blue and red in regards to the psychological study of color theory and how color effects or choices which’s leads me to critical choice theory . Terrell Cheers has a study a theory and in that theory you know I’m not really able to describe what it says, but what I can say is it it has heavily influence this and I believe that it would be very important for anyone interested to check out the link to his theory to learn more about it
